Fat Adaptive Strawberry Cheesecake
Paleo Strawberry Cheesecake
- 3/4 cup of macadamia nuts
- 3/4 cup of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Place all of your ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Using a spatula, spread your crust out evenly in a round baking pan.
- 1 cup non-homogenized cream
- 12 oz organic cream cheese
- 2 cups of strawberries
- Honey (to taste)
Add one cup of your cream to a large bowl and mix until it thickens. Slowly add in and mix in the 12 oz of cream cheese.
Add 2 cups of strawberries to your blender and blend until it's a puree. Once you have your desired consistency, pour it into your large bowl, and mix everything until smooth. If you'd like it to taste a little sweeter, feel free to add in the honey.
Pour your filling over your crust and let it chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours. Enjoy!
