Oven Temp: 450 Degrees
Baking Time: 10-13 Minutes
- 2 Cups Bob's Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour
- 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Cold Butter (right out of the fridge)
- 1 Cup Buttermilk (Note: If you don't have buttermilk, you can do 1/3 cup yogurt and 2/3 cup milk for 1 cup buttermilk.)
Add dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Cut butter into pea-sized pieces and add to dry mixture. Mix with your hands until it becomes a crumbly dough. Add liquid and mix.
Put your paleo flour onto a hard surface. Add dough, and then knead until firm. Add flour as needed. Cut with a dough cutter, or use a glass cup to cut out the dough.
Line your pan with parchment paper, and cook for 10-13 minutes.
Add uncured bacon, fried egg, and some grass-fed butter to make the utlimate breakfast sandwich! Enjoy!
