Hawaiian Kale Smoothie

A very good tasting smoothie. If you aren’t familiar with having a daily green smoothie this a great one to start with!

Grocery List

  • Bananas
  • Coconut Milk
  • Coconut oil
  • Organic Kale
  • Frozen bag of Tropical Fruits
  • Raw Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 spoonful of coconut oil
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 8 oz of coconut milk
  • 1-3 handfuls of kale
  • 1-3 squirts of raw honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, papaya)

Instructions

  1. Fill blender with 8 oz of coconut milk
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups of frozen fruit and half a banana
  3. Add spoonful of coconut oil
  4. Add 1-3 handfuls of kale
  5. Add 1-3 squirts of honey
  6. Blend up and enjoy!
